learner and developing a delivery system to meet those needs and goals. The basic
process usually includes a series of steps that include analysis, design, development,
implementation, and evaluation to ensure that the learner has acquired the needed
skills and knowledge identified by a set of learning goals and objectives. The learning
needs are accompanied with innovative teaching methods, technology, and best practices
