Mandatory Training for All Employees

Some training may be mandatory for particular positions or may require full participation by all University employees. All mandatory training classes (with the exception of New Hire Orientation) are available online. Mandatory trainings include:

  • New Hire Orientation
  • Sexual Harassment & Retaliation
  • Business Ethics & Fraud Prevention
  • Customer Service
  • Diversity for all Employees

 Mandatory Training for Managers and Supervisors

Additional training may be required for supervisors or managers. In addition to the mandatory training listed above for all University employees, mandatory supervisory/managerial training includes:

  • Customer Service – How to Promote Excellent Service Among Your Staff
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Performance Appraisals Training
  • Diversity – Legal Basics for Supervisors

Additional Management Requirements
