Learn about Tuition and Fees at Texas Southern University, including Payment Plans, Payment Options, Refunds, and Emergency Assistance. Beginning in Fall 2014, incoming freshmen and first-time transfer students can opt for a Fixed Rate Tuition plan, locking in tuition rates for four academic years (12 consecutive semesters).

Please visit the Fixed Rate Tuition Plan FAQ for more information.

Payment deadlines are due by the first day of the semester, unless students have financial aid deferments or enroll in installment plans. Late payment charges of $104 may apply. Failure to arrange payments may result in class cancellations by the 20th class day for Fall and Spring semesters or the 15th class day for Summer semesters.

Explore additional resources, including information on IRS Form 1098-T, withdrawals and dropped courses, waivers, and third-party servicer contracts for refund management. For more details, visit the Fixed Rate Tuition Plan FAQ.
