Professional Biography

Dr. Emmanuel Nwagwu   is an outstanding tenured senior professor of Organizational Behavior and Administrative theory in the Department of Educational Administration and Foundations. Dr. Nwagwu has contributed immensely to knowledge through his lectures, journal articles, and research. He has presented numerous conference papers at local, state and national conferences and workshops. He continues to serve in organizational committees, journal editorial boards and reviews grants for local agencies. Dr. Nwagwu is a recipient of numerous awards including two-term professor of the year in the College of Education as well as Research Professor of the Year. He has chaired and co-chaired numerous Doctoral Dissertations in the College of Education. Currently, Dr. Nwagwu is the interim Chair in the Department of Educational Administration and Foundations.
