Will I be receiving a refund?
Students whose financial aid award more than covers the amount of their tuition and fees, housing and meal plan charges may be eligible to receive a refund. To check the status of your account, login to MyTSU web and review your account summary to see if you have a credit balance.

How do I get my refund?
TSU has partnered with BankMobile to process all refunds. For more information about BankMobile, visit this link: http://bankmobiledisbursements.com/refundchoices/.

Visit www.refundselection.com and enter your personal code received via mail or TSU email. Once you have logged in you will be able to select one of the following refund options:

  1. DEPOSIT TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT – Money is transferred to an existing account the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school. Typically, it takes 1 – 2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
  2. DEPOSIT TO A BANKMOBILE VIBE ACCOUNT – If you open a BankMobile Vibe checking account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school.

Can I change how I receive future refunds?
Yes, you may modify your refund preference online any time at bankmobilevibe.com and enter your login information to make any changes.
