Texas Southern University invites vendors to campus on Friday, October 4, and Saturday, October 5. Please use this form to express your interest in vending during TSU's Homecoming 2024. Upon completion and submission of this form, the appropriate university personnel will follow up with you regarding the next steps.

Homecoming Parade

Join our lineup for the vibrant Homecoming Parade on Saturday, October 5, starting at 9:00 am, where spirited floats, live music, and lively dancing will bring together the TSU community and local Houston groups for a festive celebration.

To help you plan your day, please note that parade setup begins at 7:00 am, with road closures from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm on:

Cleburne St. (Sampson St. to Emancipation St.)
Emancipation St. (Cleburne St. to Blodgett St.)
Blodgett St. (Emancipation St. to Scott St.)

Individual homecoming game tickets will be available to purchase on September 6. You can purchase season tickets which includes the homecoming game on the Athletic website.

Discounted alumni rates at the Houston Marriott Medical Center/Museum District for stays from October 2 through October 6, 2024 expired on September 11, 2024.

Is Homecoming Weekend a family event?

Homecoming is for everyone! Family and friends of all TSU alumni and friends are invited to tailgate.

Where can I make hotel reservations?

There are many hotels in the area. For a discounted alumni rate, book online by September 11, 2024 at Houston Marriott Medical Center/Museum District for stays from October 2 through October 6. Book Now

Generally, homecoming is a rain or shine event.

Where do I park?

We recommend public transportation to campus. If you have purchased a tailgating spot, one parking space will be provided.

Who plans homecoming?

The homecoming committee is comprised of alumni and campus constituents.
