A: Please ensure you are including the “T” in your assigned student I.D. as well as including forward slashes (/) in the password.

Q: Why am I seeing a message that my “details are not found”?

A: Please allow 24 hours after being officially admitted to the University to apply for housing.

Q: When is the deadline to apply for housing?

A: No deadline, the housing is based on “First Come, First Serve”; the housing application is available until all residential communities are full.

Q:  What do I need to apply for housing?

A: To begin the housing process for the 2018-2019 academic year an online housing application with a payment of a $200 administrative fee is REQUIRED. Please allow 48 hours for the administrative fee to be billed to your student account upon submitting the housing application. After we receive your application and $200 payment, a lease will be prepared. The administrative fee is a NON–REFUNDABLE. After signing the binding Lease contract, the payments due are governed by that contract.

A: The date will be confirmed upon receipt of your move-in confirmation letter via email.

Q:  Are meals plan required for TSU housing residents?

A:  Yes, all freshmen are required to have the 14 or 19 board plan, while upperclassmen are free to choose from the 5 plans available.
