Cooperatives
The Board of Regents of Texas Southern University authorized TSU to participate in the following Purchasing Cooperatives per Texas Government Code Section 2156.181 and Chapter 791.
The procurement of goods and services via Purchasing Cooperatives can be done without the posting of a formal competitive sealed bid or proposal on the State of Texas Electronic State Business Daily (EBSD) which per Section 2155.083 (g) is required for purchases exceeding $25,000.
