Statement of Thurgood Marshall School of Law Non-discrimination Policy
It is the policy of Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Texas Southern University, not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender (including gender identity or expression), age, disability, protected veteran status, military status, or other characteristic protected under applicable federal, Texas or local laws.
This policy applies to the administration of all Thurgood Marshall School of Law programs and activities, including academic, employment, retention, promotion, career development, admissions, and scholarship programs.
