Land, Space and Energy Division

The mission of the Texas Southern University Land, Space, and Energy Division is to initiate, coordinate, and report on the sustenance, capital improvement, and operational availability of individual facilities and the overall campus physical environment.

The Division coordinates planned development, capital improvement, renovation, deferred maintenance, and utility use to build, enhance, and enable the campus in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. This includes collaboration with outside agencies/entities as necessary to achieve the Goals, Strategic, and Vision Plans for TSU's physical environment.
