Parent-Child Learning Laboratory (PCLL)

The Parent-Child Learning Laboratory (PCLL) is a four-star childcare facility dedicated to fostering a stimulating, nurturing, and enriched learning environment. Governed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, PCLL supports early childhood development by providing high-quality education and personalized care for children ages 2 weeks to 36 months.

Each child receives a structured academic curriculum designed to enhance cognitive, language, math, and science skills, along with lessons in health, safety, and environmental awareness. Special attention is given to individual learning needs, ensuring every child thrives. Toddlers benefit from multilingual exposure, including Spanish and other languages, while the curriculum integrates cultural diversity, inclusion, and global awareness.

Parents are responsible for providing a healthy breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack daily. A $35.00 application fee is due at the time of your child is accepted into the Laboratory.
