Thank you for your interest in recruiting students and alumni from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law. 
The Office of Career and Professional Development (OCPD), is here to assist you with your recruiting needs.  We invite you to post an employment opportunity and to participate in our On-Campus Interview (OCI) Programs and learn more about the talented candidates at Thurgood Law. The OCPD manages its recruiting efforts through Symplicity. You can also use the forms provided below to participate in our programs.

Virtual Jobs/Scholarships Bank

The Office hosts a virtual jobs/scholarships bank year-round for students and alumni. Posting a position or opportunity is a quick and direct way to reach quality candidates. For your convenience, we have provided a form that we ask you complete and return to Jamina.McFadden@TSU.edu.

On-Campus Interview (OCI) Program

Each year legal employers representing law firms, corporations, courts, government agencies, and public interest organizations visit our campus to conduct interviews. This year, OCI will be a hybrid of in-person and virtual!
 

Employer registration is open!

Step 1 | First, submit your registration via the OCPD website Employer Sign Up (symplicity.com)  You will be sent an email from Sarah.Doezema@tsu.edu that your registration has been approved.  This email will instruct you to reset your password. Once you reset your password, go to step 2.

Step 2 | Once you have completed step 1, log back on to Symplicity using your new log-in and complete your detailed schedule request(s) by going to your “short cuts” menu on the right side of your home screen and select “submit schedule request”. The session name is “2023 Fall OCI Thurgood Marshall School of Law”.  Then, simply complete all the fields in the request form. 
Registration is free. 

Your team selects the students they would like to interview and the interview schedule that works best for you.

Interviews may be conducted in person or virtually through our Flo Recruit.
